Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27 May 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at hubblemoney.co.uk (the "Site") and any enquiry forms you complete on it. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Hubble Money ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at info@hubblemoney.co.uk.

2. What we do

We operate a lead-introduction service. When you complete an enquiry on the Site — for example for equity release, a secured loan, or bridging finance — we pass your details to one or more authorised mortgage or finance advisers regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Those advisers will then contact you to discuss your enquiry.

We do not provide financial, mortgage, tax, or legal advice ourselves, and nothing on the Site should be treated as a personal recommendation. Any product information shown on the Site is for general information only.

3. Eligibility

To use the Site and submit an enquiry you must be at least 18 years old (or older where a product requires it, e.g. 55+ for equity release), be a UK resident, and have the legal authority to provide the information you submit.

4. The information you give us

You agree that any information you submit through the Site is accurate, complete, and provided in good faith. We rely on what you tell us when introducing you to advisers; inaccurate information can lead to unsuitable product recommendations or delays.

You also agree that you have authority to share any personal data of joint applicants or co-borrowers that you include in your enquiry.

5. Contact consent

Where we ask for your consent to be contacted, the consent applies to us and to the regulated advisers we introduce you to. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@hubblemoney.co.uk; withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that happened before withdrawal.

6. Cookies and privacy

Use of the Site involves the collection and processing of personal data. Please read our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, images, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or commercialise any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or change all or part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the most current version is the one published on this page.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising out of your use of the Site, and our total liability to you in connection with the Site is limited to £100. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We are not liable for any decisions made by the regulated advisers we introduce you to, or for the products they recommend; those advisers are responsible for the suitability of their own advice under their own FCA permissions.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the Site or our lead-introduction service, please email info@hubblemoney.co.uk. Complaints about regulated advice or products you receive after being introduced should be raised with the adviser directly — their complaints procedure will explain how to escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service if needed.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
