Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and provide information to the website operator. We also use other similar technologies such as local storage and pixels — this policy uses "cookies" to cover all of these.

2. Cookies we use

We group cookies into the categories below. Where a cookie is set by a third party, the third party's own privacy policy also applies.

3. How we use marketing pixels

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to measure the performance of advertising campaigns run on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit a lead enquiry, we send a Lead event to Meta containing a hashed copy of the information you provided (such as email, phone number, name, and IP address), along with the cookies above so that Meta can match the event to your ad click. Both the browser-side Pixel event and the server-side CAPI event use the same event ID so the lead is only counted once.

We never send Meta plain-text personal data. You can control how Meta uses your information in your Facebook Ad Preferences.

4. Managing cookies

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. You can find instructions for the most common browsers below:

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website (such as the multi-step enquiry forms and the dashboard) from working correctly.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as the cookies and technologies we use change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
